wall & floor tiles completed....time to install the bath tub.

it's a freestanding tub...so just slide in.....(easier said than done ya uncle?)

must construct the sink counter top first....

my lovely "mangkuk nasi" sink......bought 2 years ago for RM300.....the color and design of this sink actually determined the color selection for this bathroom....melilau cari tiles biru tu sebab nak matching dgn sink!

sink tap modified...( stop cocks & tub spout)

bath tub using same spout as sink......lever tap also modified...go figure!

boleh la letak gambar2 tu since i didn't install a standing shower head....tak mau basah lencun..

multipurpose..... hose bidet can also become hand shower for the bath tub (that's why i use a shower head instead )....space constraint la...

also, no space for towel rail....just use hooks ..

mirror bought at second hand shop ...curved tempered glass....only RM150!

 Finally..............the finished product...:)


easier to maintain and insyaAllah will benefit the next tenant some 20 years from now ....

At carpenter's workshop, the cabinet's aluminum frame is being constructed...solid surface counter top is cut to size allowing space for sink and cooker hob...

AT HOME....

floor tiling work almost completed...

lower cabinet's aluminum frame delivered ....

fitting to wall and getting the exact level for solid surface counter top and glass mosaic....

cement render for glass mosaic installation.....

glass mosaic installed...let em dry for at least 24 hrs..........

then lower cabinet can be installed...

the accesories inside the lower cabinet......for sudu garpu.....

for pinggan mangkuks.....

testing...testing...

almost there.....

cooker hood and lampu gantung not yet installed........

bole la kan.....dgn budget yang tak seberapa ni, dapatlah akak merasa ada dapur yang teratur dan bersistem sikit....esok2 dah boring dgn pintu merah tu , boleh lah tukar pintu kaler lain pulak....yang lain2 tu , cukuplah setakat yang ada :)
